Telegram Setup for Agents

Connect your Telegram so you can receive Smart Alerts about your users. This takes less than 1 minute.

Get your Telegram ID

Click the button below. It will open a bot on Telegram. Press Start and the bot will reply with your ID number.

Open @userinfobot

Copy this number — you will need it in Step 3.

Activate the HaloLive Bot

Click the button below. It will open our notification bot on Telegram. Press Start — that's it.

You MUST press Start once, otherwise you won't receive notifications.

After pressing Start, you can close the chat. Notifications will arrive there automatically.

Enter your Telegram ID

Paste the number you copied in Step 1 into the field below and press Save.

Important: Never press "Stop Bot" or "Block" on the HaloLive CRM Bot. If you do, notifications will stop.

Your users also need to set up Telegram to receive notifications. Share this guide with them — it explains everything step by step, in their language.

How to Get Your Telegram ID

Get your Telegram ID — open @userinfobot, press Start, copy the number

Activate HaloLive Bot — open the bot and press Start

Send ID to admin — copy the number and share it

Never block the bot — closing or muting is fine
⚠️ Required: Users cannot receive notifications without providing their Telegram ID. Make sure every user completes this setup.

🔒 The Telegram ID is just a number — it's not a password and cannot be used to access anyone's account. The guide explains this clearly to users.
